Terms and Conditions of La Ciudad Cristal

  • Live Sale Payments: Orders from the live connections will be published on the website once the live session ends, and will be available up to a maximum of 48 hours after the session. It's the customer's responsibility to check if their order has been uploaded. Please note, any customer who abandons an order they committed to during the live session may have their purchasing privileges removed in future live connections. The application of this policy is at the discretion of La Ciudad Cristal.

  • Shipping: Packages will be shipped between 1-5 business days after the payment has been processed. The delivery time depends on the shipping agency, which is always USPS. In the event of any issue with the package (such as loss or damage during shipping), the customer will need to file a claim directly with USPS.

  • Shipping Costs: Currently, we work with two boxes, small ($5) and large ($10). We select the appropriate box for the live sale order, but we are considering raising the prices to small $7, medium $12, large $16. These costs usually do not exceed $12 as we work with PirateShip, but there are exceptions. If you know anything about the cost of international package shipping, please let us know.

  • Returns: Returns are not accepted if the customer changes their mind after the package has been dispatched.

  • Policies:

    • The customer must select the bracelet size they want from the product options before making the purchase. Hence, they are solely responsible for the correct fit. If their size is not among the options, we invite them to contact us to see if it is possible to adjust the bracelet to a special size.

    • In the product description, it is indicated whether the item the customer will receive will be the same as the image (they can be chosen specifically) or a very similar one of the same quality will be sent.

    • Please note: Customers will have up to 3 days after the package is marked as DELIVERED on the USPS website to report any issues with the product, such as it arriving broken, for example. In the event that a product arrives damaged, please get in touch with us to discuss the next steps. However, it's important to note that any claims for lost or damaged items during shipping should be made directly to USPS, as they are responsible for the package once it leaves our premises.
